Good to see that you have tried this out. I really want to see you casting actual bike parts by now. Can you provide a mock up of how you are going to use the space.
I have always wanted to cast my sculptures in resin - I give you this idea!!!
Try it - maybe semi transparent. This element could look like a gimmick or worst still naff. You need to move it on to ensure it is a viable option.
Even with your large format prints up your space looked great the other day... KEEP GOING
